- Reviewing the company’s governance framework in opposition to international first-class exercise, advising the council

- Documentation and preparation of the Exchange’s annual report preparing
- Effectively Dealing with all council correspondence
- Understanding and handling staff of the council secretariat preserving statutory documents, which include registers of members

Qualifications and experience

- Approximately 4 or five years of experience, which is preferably gained from working with some of corporations in thje following positions as seen bellow:
- Organisation secretarial function of a listed company, top tier capital market or financial industry operator
- Employer secretarial practice in a top-tier law or expert offerings firm.
