2018 NWU Post UTME Admission Screening Form | Admission Eligibility

Interested candidates must note the following criteria before thinking of getting the screening form

1. All candidates are expected to have made the Northwest University their first choice during JAMB registration.
2. A JAMB score of 160 and above
3. For direct entry admission, candidates must have applied to the NWU
4. Make sure you register at the school portal

Relevant Credentials

1. O’Level Certificates
2. Original Jamb Result Slip and Direct Entry Online Registration slip for D.E candidates

1. DIPLOMA, IJMB, NCE (or equivalent) certificate
2. Statement of result for DIRECT ENTRY (DE) Candidates.
3. Diploma with minimum CGPA of 3.0 for Science based programmes and 3.5 for Arts based programmes respectively.
4. Minimum of 9 points (NCE) in Education faculty ( D.E Candidates Only)
5. D.E. Candidates with IJMB must have minimum of 7 points for Sciences and 8 points for Arts based programmes respectively.

Applying for 2018 NWU Post UTME Admission Screening Exercise

• Interested candidates must register online via the school admission form portal www.nwu.edu.ng
• Click on “2018 ADMISSION PORTAL” to register for aptitude test or Direct Entry
• Generate your online payment invoice before proceeding to any bank to make payment
• After successful payment of N2,000.00 for the form, return to the portal
• Login in with our detail and complete your registration form.
• Submit and print your acknowledgement slip.

Date:        Monday 6^th and Wednesday 8^th August, 2018
Time:       9:00am daily
Venue:      Yusuf Maitama   Sule University, Kano
a) For UTME Candidates: Main Campus along Kabuga – Kofar Ruwa Road, Kano
b) For D.E. Candidates: City Campus, Gidan Ado Bayero Kofar Nassarawa, Kano.

Pay Attention:

Registration commenced on Wednesday, 11^th July, 2018 and closes on Wednesday, 25^th July, 2018 at midnight.

Aptitude test will be written by UTME candidate in the following subjects

• English Language
• Mathematics
• General Studies

Date: Monday 6^th August, 2018

Screening exercise will be conducted for Direct Entry Candidates

Date: Wednesday 8^th August, 2018.

All candidates should turn up for aptitude test and screening exercise on their respective dates. Go along with original copies of all your credentials for verification.
