Signing a contract with Pakistan’s National Database and Registration Authority and partnering with two consortiums, the development of the National Identity Card came into existence.
In 2013, the card came into existence and is obtainable by citizens ageing from sixteen years and above or citizens who have lived in the country for not less than two years.
