Salary Scale for Different Levels

Grade Level 01 Staff: These are the least paid staff. Their salary is 18,000 naira in a month and it is even higher than the minimum wage the FCSC gives

School Leaver: this set of people is the next after the Grade 01 staff. They receive a salary of 242,994 naira in a year.

Officers: These are the staff members that have reached Level 06 Step 01. Their salary is 316,229 naira in a year, if they climb up to step 15 on the same level their salary will undergo an increase to 487,295 in a year.

Diploma Certificate Holder: people on this level receive an annual salary of 517,965 naira.

Officers Counterparts: staff members of this range on Level 9 step 1 receive 780,656 in a year and when they get to step 15 receive 1,152,698 annually.

Graduate: all graduates on level 8 step 15 is between officers on level 9 step 1 and level 9 step 15. Their annual salary sums up to 978,663 naira.

Director of the Federal Civil Service: this is the highest level of the Federal Civil Service Commission. At no doubt, the director is the highest-paid personnel of this commission.
