It is often said the way you dress is the way you will be address it is important that you dress responsibly to your screening venue. In funai, if you dress irresponsibly you will be bounced by the person who is screening you.

Will dressing responsibly attract marks to you?

I will tell you that dressing responsibly will not add any marks to your Jamb scores or your post utme scores but it will only increase your chances of being screened by your faculty officers.

In most Schools like the University of Uyo, If you are with long hair on your head, you may loose the chances of gaining admission.

  1. Get all your credentials ready

Before you go about biting the bush looking for your credentials on your screening day, I will advise that you keep all your credentials ready for the screening and importantly, you can duplicate them by making photocopies of each.

When you are going for LASUS creening, endeavor that you go with the originals of your credentials. Usually, the credentials to go with will include:

  • Original Jamb result
  • Post Utme result (if available)
  • Birth certificate/Afidafit
  • First school leaving certificate
  • Senior Secondary School certificate result

Others will include:

  • Letter of recommendation
  • Hiv/ Medical Status result
  • Proof/’letter of change of name if any

  1. Make Sure you print original Jamb Result

This is very important in your Journey to admission. Many people don’t know what is Original Jamb result?

Simply put it that original Jamb result is what is accessible at the Jamb Portal through your Jamb profile. It is a result stating your aggregate scores as well as the breakdown of the result scored by each subject.

Note : Original Jamb result is not Jamb result notification the original Jamb result has your passport on it while Jamb result notification does not have your passport on it.
