The Joint Admissions and Matricualation Board has recently released her cut off mark for institutions across the nation. However, there are different cut off mark for different Universities across the Nation.

Jamb Cut off mark is released early to help the students to know their status, for the basics of gaining admission.

In this article, Jamb cut off mark is grouped according to federal Universities, State Universities, Polytechnics, colleges  of Education and private universities.

Jamb registrar, Professor Is-haq Olanrewaju Oloyede  has admitted that the cut off mark for admission varies between 150 to 250 depending on the choice of institution.

There was a speculation that Jamb will reduce her general cut off mark to 180 due to the increasingly number of failures recorded in this year’s matriculation exams.  However, the board has dismissed such rumor adding that admission will strictly be on merit.
